SHTC provides experienced External Members to support Internal Committees during PoSH inquiries and case handling. Our panel members bring independence, procedural rigour, and legal clarity to ensure complaints are addressed fairly, sensitively, and in strict alignment with prescribed processes under the PoSH Act.

Scope of support

• Acting as the designated External Member as required under the PoSH framework
• Providing procedural guidance to Internal Committee members during inquiries
• Supporting case handling from receipt of complaint through outcome
• Ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of inquiry records
• Offering expert input in complex or sensitive matters
• Participating in hearings and contributing to informed, compliant decision-making
• Supporting capacity-building and process clarity for Internal Committees
