The certification program prepares Internal Committee (IC) members to handle serious situations related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH).

Participants will learn in a hands-on way, explore real cases, master IC case management skills, identify expectations, and feel confident in facing challenges. Case studies will demonstrate how these individuals should handle sensitive complaints and deal with them according to both legal standards and deadlines.
